General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using InterPodatkowe.pl. The service provider is the operator of the service, who can be contacted at kontakt@interpodatkowe.pl.

By using the service you accept these terms.

Scope of the service

The service provides, free of charge, a search engine for tax interpretations, the text of the documents and statistics. No registration is required.

To use the service you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.

Nature of the content

The documents available in the service come from official, publicly available sources. The service is not an official publisher of interpretations and is independent of the tax authorities.

The content is for information only and is not legal or tax advice. The operator makes efforts to keep the database complete and current but does not guarantee it.

Rules of use

The service must be used lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt its operation. Automated retrieval of content is allowed as long as it respects robots.txt and does not place excessive load on the service.

Rights to the content

Official documents are not subject to copyright (Article 4 of the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights). The name, logo, layout and software of the service are legally protected.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions made on the basis of content available in the service or for interruptions in its operation.

Complaints and contact

Comments and complaints about the operation of the service can be sent to kontakt@interpodatkowe.pl. We reply within 14 days of receiving them.

Final provisions

These terms may be changed; the current version is always available on this page. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
