What InterPodatkowe.pl is

InterPodatkowe.pl is a free search engine for Polish tax interpretations. It gathers in one place individual and general interpretations, tax explanations, binding rate and excise information, and other documents issued by the Polish tax authorities.

You can search documents by signature, thesis and keywords, filter them by category and browse decision statistics. No registration is required.

Where the data comes from

The documents come from official, publicly available sources of the National Revenue Information Service (Krajowa Informacja Skarbowa): gov.pl/web/kis. We publish them in the wording released by the authority, together with the signature, issue date, author, status and related regulations. The documents are in Polish.

The database is regularly updated with newly published documents. The full text of some documents may appear with a delay.

What the service is not

InterPodatkowe.pl is an independent service. It is not affiliated with the Ministry of Finance or the National Revenue Information Service and is not an official publisher of interpretations.

The content is for information only and is not legal or tax advice. An individual interpretation concerns a specific set of facts and protects only the entity that applied for it. Before making a decision, check that the document is still current in the official source or consult a tax adviser.
