What data InterPodatkowe.pl processes and why.

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Data controller

The data controller is the operator of InterPodatkowe.pl. For matters concerning personal data, write to kontakt@interpodatkowe.pl.

What data we process

The service does not require an account and has no forms that collect personal data.

Technical data: when you use the service, the hosting provider records in its server logs, among other things, the IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the page visited and information about the browser and device.

Analytics data: we use Google Analytics, which collects aggregate statistics on how the service is used, such as pages visited, approximate location and device type.

Correspondence: if you send us an email, we process your email address and the content of the message.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data to keep the service running and secure, to keep visit statistics and to reply to correspondence. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and browser storage

The service stores in your browser: the NEXT_LOCALE cookie with the selected language, the bookmark_banner_dismissed cookie (14 days) recording that the hint bar was closed, and, in local storage, the selected colour theme.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies (including _ga) that distinguish visitors. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings; the service remains fully usable.

Recipients of data

Data may be processed by providers of services to the site: the hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) and the analytics provider (Google Ireland Limited). Because of these services, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States, with the safeguards required by data protection law.

We do not sell data or share it with other parties unless required by law.

Retention

Server logs and analytics data are kept for the period set in the services we use. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing and object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to kontakt@interpodatkowe.pl.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Data in the text of interpretations

Interpretations are published by the tax authorities after the applicant's identifying data has been removed. If you nevertheless notice personal data in a document, report it to kontakt@interpodatkowe.pl.
